BCS' Basket Denester and Orientor work seamlessly with our Basket Un-Stacker. As full stacks of empty baskets enter our unstacker a set of cross nested baskets is separated from the bottom of the stack and enter the orientor.
The cross nested baskets are then denested when grippers lift the top basket allowing the bottom basket to be released and cleared. The top basket is rotated into position and released behind the first basket sending a steady stream of empty baskets back to the production line.
