Our Zero Tangent Disc Curve is made of high impact nylon of varying diameters to create a tapered roller that when inter-weaved with the other rollers creates a smoother transfer for baking pans than a typically tapered tube roller conveyor. The lack of a Tangent or straight section at the infeed and discharge of a curve allows the customer to save that all so important asset, floor space. Our Zero Tangent conveyors can be designed up to 180 degrees and widths to fit your production needs.
